Last Updated: 10 May 2025  ·  Effective Date: 10 May 2025  ·  Phra Lab · Bangkok, Thailand

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, completing an enrolment, or accessing Programme materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with enrolment.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any Phra Lab Programme. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Programme Description and Availability

Phra Lab offers structured AI development programmes delivered online, with in-person sessions available at our Bangkok campus when scheduled. Programme descriptions, durations, and pricing are published on our website and are subject to change at the start of each cohort cycle.

Phra Lab reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or restructure a cohort if enrolment numbers or other circumstances require it. In the event of a cancellation for which Phra Lab is responsible, enrolled Learners will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort.

4. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Phra Lab. Enrolment does not constitute a guarantee of placement in a particular session date until confirmed by the school.

Learners are responsible for ensuring they have the technical prerequisites described for their chosen Programme before enrolling. Phra Lab recommends reviewing programme suitability information and contacting us with questions before proceeding.

5. Learner Responsibilities

Enrolled Learners agree to:

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, exercises, session recordings, and content produced by Phra Lab are the intellectual property of Phra Lab. Enrolled Learners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for personal study during and after the programme period.

This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial use of any materials. Work produced by Learners during exercises remains the Learner's own, subject to these restrictions.

7. Payment Terms

Programme fees are quoted and payable in Thai baht (฿). Current fees are: Data Engineering for AI — ฿2,900; AI Model Evaluation and Testing — ฿5,200; AI Infrastructure and MLOps — ฿7,500.

Payment is due in full before access to programme materials is granted. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of enrolment.

Refund Policy: Learners who withdraw before the first session of their cohort are entitled to a full refund less any bank processing charges. Learners who withdraw after the first session but before the midpoint of the programme are entitled to a 50% refund. No refund is available after the midpoint. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

8. Course Completion and Access

There is no formal assessment or completion requirement for Phra Lab programmes. Learners who complete the programme period retain access to session recordings and materials for a period of six months after the programme ends.

Phra Lab does not issue academic certificates or formal qualifications. Programme completion is noted informally but does not constitute an accredited qualification.

9. Disclaimers

Programmes are provided on an "as is" basis. Phra Lab makes no representation that completing a programme will produce any particular outcome in a Learner's professional role, career, or projects. The quality and usefulness of what is learned depends substantially on the Learner's preparation, engagement, and circumstances.

Content in programmes reflects the knowledge and judgement of instructors at the time of delivery. The AI development field changes quickly and some material may become dated between updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Phra Lab's total liability to a Learner for any claim arising from or related to a Programme shall not exceed the amount paid by that Learner for that Programme.

Phra Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from use of our programmes or website.

These limitations do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or to any other liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phra Lab, its instructors, and staff from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of programme materials.

12. Termination

Phra Lab may terminate a Learner's access to a programme without refund if the Learner materially breaches these Terms, including by redistributing materials or by engaging in conduct that disrupts the programme for other Learners.

Learners may withdraw from a programme at any time subject to the refund policy in Section 7. Withdrawal should be communicated in writing.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve it through good-faith discussion. If that is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

These Terms, together with any enrolment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Phra Lab regarding the relevant Programme. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms continue in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. Phra Lab may not assign its obligations under these Terms without your consent; you may not assign your enrolment without Phra Lab's written approval.

15. Changes to These Terms

Phra Lab may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Enrolled Learners will be notified by email of material changes. Continued participation in a programme following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
